Procedure:
- Heat Phase A and Phase B ingredients separately to approximately 85°C.
- Add Phase A to Phase B.
- Homogenize.
- Cool with gentle stirring to approximately 50°C and add Phase C.
- Homogenize.
- Cool with gentle stirring to approximately 50°C and add Phase E.
- Homogenize.
- Adjust the pH to 6.5 – 7.0 with Phase F.
