This Lip Clean Micellar Water is a 3-in-1 product that cleanses, removes lip color (even water-proof), and soothes. This product is simply used with a cotton pad. There is no rinsing required.
This formulation features TEGOSOFT® PC 41 MB and TEGO® Solve 61 MB which are PEG-free, naturally derived solubilizers with effective make-up removal properties. These polyglycerol products are also refatting agents. TEGO® Betain 810 is a non-irritant amphoteric surfactant that is preservative-free. It provides high foam volume and pleasant lather properties in the presence of anionic surfactants. TEGO® Natural Betaine is a naturally occurring substance. It functions as an osmo-protectant as its amphoteric structure counteracts against osmotic pressure. It is obtained from sugar beet molasses by an extraction process.
