PROCEDURE:
A: dissolve the flavor in RHEANCE One.
B: blend water and Ethanol. Add it slowly to Phase A while stirring.
C: add remaining ingredients in the given order.
Clear, colorless. pH = 6.
Optional active ingredients can be added (e.g. Sodium Fluoride).
Antimicrobial effectiveness testing: challenge test passed.
