PROCEDURE:
1. Mix ingredients in phase A and heat to ~80°C.
2. Melt ingredients in phase B at ~ 80°C.
3. Add phase B into phase A with stirring, and homogenize for 1-2 mins, using an Ultra Turrax.
4. Cool with medium stirring.
5. Add phase C below 35°C in the given order.
6. Continue stirring while cooling down to room temperature.
7. Adjust pH carefully with diluted citric acid to pH 5.0-5.5.
