This formula features TEGO® Care PBS 6 MB which is a versatile PEG-free oil-in-water emulsifier able to stabilize systems containing a high load of water soluble UV filters. TEGO®SOFT XC MB is a very polar emollient with excellent solubility for organic UV filters which is especially suited for sun care applications with high SPF due to slight SPF boosting.

Procedure:
- Add Phase C ingredients to Phase B and adjust the pH of Phase B/C to 7.0.
- Heat Phase A and Phases B/C separately to approximately 80°C.
- Add Phases B/C to Phase A without stirring.
- Homogenize.
- Cool down with simple stirring and add Phase D at approximately 60°C.
- Homogenize for a short time.
- Cool down and add Phase E below 40°C.
