ZnO-Only Sunscreen SPF 30 is a high-performance formula using zinc oxide as its only filter. The combination of HallBrite® BHB and SolaStay® S1 helps to optimize dispersion quality and prevent ROS generation. Natural emollient and structuring agents Olivem® VS Feel, Oliwax® LC and Biochemica® Shea Butter Organic help to greenify the package and add moisturizing benefits. The final product is non-whitening with a smooth, non-greasy skin-feel.

Procedure for ZnO-Only Sunscreen SPF 30
- 
To a secondary vessel add phase A and start mixing. Add phase B with mixing. Heat to 80°C and then add phase C.
 - 
To the main vessel add premixture of phase D, start mixing and add phase E. Heat phase DE to 75 – 80°C and then add phase F.
 - 
When both phases are homogeneous and at their designated temperatures, slowly add phase ABC to phase DEF with prop mixing.
 - 
After 5 minutes of mixing, homogenize batch for 5 minutes, and then start cooling with central mixing.
 - 
When batch is < 50°C, add phase G with mixing
 - 
Continue mixing until batch is at room temperature, replacing any water lost to evaporation and mixing until smooth.
