Procedure:
Phase A: Heat water at 75°C, add glycerin
Phase B: Add the (Lysolecithin /Sclerotium Gum / Xantham gum / Pullulan) with rotor/stator mixer. Emulsify during 20min at 75°C
Phase C: Heat at 75°C-70°C then add Phase C in Phase A+B
Phase D: Premix D then add at 50°C
Phase E: Premix E then add at 50°C
Phase F: Add at 40°C
Phase G/H: Add at 35°C
Adjust pH between 3.50 and 4.00
